HOW DO I SCHEDULE MY CAMPUS TOUR?

We love getting visitors on campus! The best way to see if Wayland is right for you is by coming to campus and seeing what being a Pioneer feels like. WBU Enrollment Coaches will show you around campus, introduce you to professors, meet athletic coaches, and have you speak with financial aid. We offer tours Monday through Friday at 10 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm. To schedule your campus tour, click .  We can’t wait to see you on campus!

HOW DO I APPLY TO WAYLAND?

Click on the apply link at the top of the WBU page. 

IS THERE A WAY TO GET MY APPLICATION FEE WAIVED?

Application fees may be waived:
• as the result of a campus visit before you apply
• as the result of a school counselor's written verification of economic need

WHERE DO I SEND MY TRANSCRIPTS?

Official transcripts can be mailed to the below address or emailed to admitme@wbu.edu from your high school or college institutions.

WHICH COURSES WILL TRANSFER TO WAYLAND?

At Wayland, we will cross-reference courses against WBU offered courses. Another resource you can utilize is the site. If you'd like to have someone at WBU review your courses, please complete our online application and submit all transcripts for review. 

WHY MUST I GET A MENINGITIS VACCINATION?

WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES FOR APPLICATIONS?

It's best to call the WBU campus in which you are interested in attending to learn about deadlines as they vary by campus and degree program. For the Plainview campus, applications are actually accepted until the first day of class. Consideration for admission to the university, however, is not possible without our having received all official documents.

HOW DO I REACH THE ATHLETIC STAFF?

HOW CAN I AFFORD COLLEGE?

More than 70% of WBU Plainview campus students take advantage of a combination of scholarships, grants, student employment, and loans to pay for education expenses. Good news - our Enrollment Coaches and Financial Aid Advisors are well versed in navigating the financial aid process and are ready to help you along the way! DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING AT ONCE?

After you have enrolled in your classes for the semester or term, you will receive a statement or bill showing your balance. You may pay all of the balance by the first day of classes or you may pay your balance in four payments as directed by the

WHAT MUST I DO TO MAINTAIN MY ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS?

Scholarship maintenance is dependent on your semester's grade point average (GPA).

If you receive a scholarship for one semester but fail to maintain the required GPA for that scholarship, you will not be awarded the scholarship for your next semester.

HOW DO I  REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT?
