About Us

Discover one of the leading Christian colleges in Arizona. Wayland Baptist University provides students an opportunity to study and learn in a Christian environment. One of the most competitively priced colleges in Arizona, WBU welcomes new students of all ages and backgrounds, including working adults, military service members, and retired veterans.

Class schedules are made to fit busy life and work schedules; courses are delivered across five, 8 -week sessions per year. Students are welcome to take classes on campus or online; face-to-face classes meet just one night a week, allowing students more time to continue their daily lives.

WBU Sierra Vista is uniquely equipped to meet the growing educational needs of both military personnel and working adults. We maximize both your military and work experience credits, making your road to graduation as direct as possible. On average, students graduate in 18-24 months.

Campus History

Wayland Baptist University has been serving Southeast Arizona since 1997. We started on Fort Huachuca and have since expanded into Sierra Vista and Tucson, AZ.

Operating Hours

The Ft. Huachuca Office is open: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday. The Landmark Office is open: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Fridays. The office is closed weekends, federal holidays and university holidays.
